Return, Exchange and Refund

RETURN,EXCHANGE and REFUND:

In order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, E-comdirect has put an EXCHCHANGE POLICY in place, that will allow the customer to exchange goods, that are defect, broken or that have been wrongly supplied.

FOR SECURITY REASONS REFUNDS ARE ONLY BEING TRANSFERRED TO BANK ACCOUNTS SUPPLIED BY THE RELEVANT E-COMDIRECT ACCOUNT OWNER.

GOODS FOR EXCHANGE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF;

1) the goods have been returned to E-comdirect within a period of 10 days from the time, that the customer has received them.

2) the customer has notified E-comdirect immediately upon receipt of the relevant goods, that the goods are defect ect.

3) the customer can supply the original TAX INVOICE for the relevant purchase.

4) goods are in their original packaging (un-opened).

GOODS FOR EXCHANGE WILL ONLY BE REPLACED BY THE SAME ITEM.

NOTE:

For items that are found to be malfunctioning after seven days of receipt, the normal manufacturer's warranty will apply.

Refunds will only be given if returned items can not be REPAIRED or REPLACED.

NOTE: If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we will give you a credit note, as long as the item returned, is not opened and returned within 14 days of receipt.
